After 31 years of clinical practice, thousands of client hours in the room, and a track record of helping people grow, Jerry Hyde is one of the UK's most experienced therapists and coaches, working with individuals, couples, and leading the largest men's group practice in the country. He specialises in creativity, identity, and the kind of deep personal change that most approaches only gesture at. He is also an experienced practitioner working with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia - including late diagnosis in adults.
His approach is direct, unconventional, and clinically grounded. Increasingly, Jerry offers supervision and mentorship to therapists, coaches, and group facilitators — from the newly qualified finding their feet to experienced practitioners building something of their own. His particular speciality is groups: setting them up, running them well, and surviving what they throw at you.
He doesn't do generic. He works with people he believes he can genuinely help, and brings his whole self to the work - which is either exactly what you're looking for, or it isn't.
Alongside his practice, Jerry is a bestselling author, podcaster, filmmaker, and the founder of a men's therapeutic group programme that has been running for over two decades. He has a particular interest in psychedelic integration.
He works with people of all genders and orientations.
Jerry divides his time between London and Marseille, where he lives with his partner, French-Vietnamese filmmaker Mai Hua.
